The Minnesota District includes 6 Chapters (offices) staffed by experienced business people who volunteer their time to provide confidential one-on-one mentoring to small business owners.

The Minnesota District of SCORE “Counselors to America’s Small Business” is part of a national nonprofit association dedicated to entrepreneur education and the formation, growth and success of the nation’s small business. SCORE volunteers serve as “Counselors to America's Small Business.” SCORE provides free and confidential business counseling tailored to meet the needs of your small business and your personal objectives. SCORE also offers workshops, for a modest fee, for both start-up entrepreneurs and in-business small business owners. I would like to emphasize that SCORE assists people in starting a new business, buying or selling a business, and by providing counseling to existing small business owners. The Minnesota District of SCORE is comprised of more than 420 volunteers to provide guidance and counseling to entrepreneurs throughout Minnesota. Assistance is available at all offices, in many ways: Locations Minneapolis including an office in Willmar St Paul including Western Wisconsin and the Lake Superior Region South Metro Burnsville and surrounding areas Central Minnesota with offices in St Cloud, Alexandria, Brainerd Lakes, Detroit Lakes, Park Rapids and Mora Southeast Minnesota with offices in Rochester, Owatonna, and Austin Red Wing Area including Western Wisconsin and the Cannon Falls area We look forward to serving you.
